The property is walking distance from all amenities, it is just in the heart of everything, shopping centers like the Baystreet and Paceville are just minutes away. This approximately 110sqm accommodation is located in one of the most vibrant locations in Malta, in the heart of St. Julians.
The accommodation is set in a unique spot - with unobstructed, direct seaviews of Spinola Bay and the promenade. Ideal for spending countless hours sitting on the balcony either taking the sun in the morning or enjoying the bay by night chilling out, sipping a glass of wine. The property is located in a residential building served with lift. There are about 10 steps at the main entrance to access the lift. This fully furnished Maltese accommodations offer a central, safe and family-friendly place to stay on the island. The flat is spacious, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Some of the best restaurants on the Island are located only a stone throw away, however, with having access to a fully equipped kitchen and a supermarket only few meters away, one may find it difficult to choose whether to eat in or out.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, oven, microwave, teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils. There is also a washing machine and a drying rack available at the apartment.
To ensure a good night sleep the bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment. The apartment has one double bedroom and two twin rooms. All bedrooms come fully equipped with wall hung a/cs. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided. The apartment has a private family bathroom with bath tub and shower overhead. This apartment fits the bill for all those who are after a car-free holiday, sightseeing, combined with swimming and good food! When night falls, St Julians’s bars and restaurants are relaxed and mellow, with a cosmopolitan feel.
Access to all the area of the property. The whole property will be rented, the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. We will meet you on your arrival and we’ll be happy to give you tips for making your holiday an unforgettable experience. We can also organise airport transfers. Till a few years ago , St Julians was a quiet fishing village. Nowadays development has changed it completely and it spreads all round St. Georges Bay, Spinola Bay, and Balluta Bay.
Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer. Please not that for the weekly price the property includes basic utilities as per below:
- 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment
- 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment
200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment
300KWh- for villas
We give the above kWh free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient . However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price is NOT inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes. Water is charged at a flat rate of 1.10c per day while electricity it is charged at 35c per kWh paid as much as consumed. The payment has to be settled on check in.
Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one’s discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
