NEW LISTING!! The Wagon Wheel Cabin overlooks the Guadalupe River. The fenced and gated lot is on approximately 2 acres, with many pecan trees that provide plenty of shade in the summertime. We have ample parking. There is 145 feet of riverfront, with a deck, and cement walkway for river access. Great fishing from the deck, launching your tubes for a great ride on the Guadalupe, or just relaxing as you watch the ducks and tubers go by. There are 3 houses on this gated property that share the river access. Right next door to the Wagon Wheel id the Texas Star a 3/2 that sleeps 14 and has river views. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
