The Real de la Carretería apartment is unique both for its location and its spectacular private terrace with its own pool.

We access the apartment through the living room, where we find a sofa area very bright and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is open to it. Both spaces are divided by a step. In the kitchen we can find the most modern elements to prepare any dish you need. It also has a dining space for up to seven guests.

On this same floor is the bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite and a small toilet.

Climbing the stairs we access an open space where the second double bed is located. This space gives access to the terrace, very spacious and equipped with garden furniture, hammocks and umbrellas.

But certainly the highlight of this apartment is its magnificent swimming pool, located on a corner of the terrace and with magnificent views with the Cathedral dominating the horizon....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
