External Description
The villa is located in the village of Colbordolo, nestled in the green hills of the Marche.
The property boasts a wonderful garden with lawn and several plants. You will also find a spacious porch, equipped with a table football, sofas, seats, and a dining table for 12 people for alfresco meals.
The outdoor spaces are embellished by a delightful pool (11.30 x 6 m), open from May to October, equipped with sun loungers, a slide and a diving board, ideal for the fun of children and adults.
At guests’ disposal also a barbecue area and a private parking.
The villa is completely protected both inside and outside by an anti-mosquito system.

Internally furnished with style and taste, the villa is spread over 2 floors, and can accommodate up to 12 people, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Pets are allowed.
Ground floor: You are welcomed by a large and bright living area, equipped with: sofas, armchairs, fireplace, and direct access to the external porch through large French windows.
Then there are 2 bedrooms: 1 double with ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower, and 1 bedroom with two French beds and a single sofa bed.
Please note that the French bed is a bit smaller than the standard double.
First floor: Upstairs you will find a large open-space living area, furnished with: sofas, fireplace, dining table, and modern kitchen (equipped with oven, microwave, hob, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher and toaster).
The floor is completed by 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), and 2 bedrooms divided as follows: 1 double and 1 bedroom with two French beds and a single sofa bed.
