Acanthus I is a duplex located on Rafael Calvo street, next to the Plaza del Museo, in the heart of Seville.
Entering the apartment we have direct access to a charming, well-furnished, modern living room facing the quiet Rafael Calvo street, with a double sofa-bed of 1.40 x 1.90 m.
The kitchen is integrated into the same living room, it is very comfortable and is fully equipped with everything you need. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a small guest W.C. with a shower.
Going up the stairs we reach the bedroom, equipped with a plasma TV and a 1.50 x 1.90 m double bed. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower as well.
The building has a communal terrace shared with 4 another apartments, located in teh building. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers to enjoy the sun.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
