Entering the apartment we have direct access to a charming, well-furnished, modern living room facing the quiet Rafael Calvo street, with a double sofa-bed of 1.40 x 1.90 m. The kitchen is integrated into the same living room, it is very comfortable and is fully equipped with everything you need. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a small guest W.C. with a shower. Going up the stairs we reach the bedroom, equipped with a plasma TV and a 1.50 x 1.90 m double bed. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower as well. The building has a communal terrace shared with 4 another apartments, located in teh building. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers to enjoy the sun. Rafael Calvo Street is a beautiful and quiet street accessible from the Museum Square, it is located in the heart of the city. Just a step away we can find numerous luxury shops, traditional restaurants and bars, supermarkets, and of course the most important monuments of the city such as the Cathedral, the Giralda or the Alcázar. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month.
