The pool is roughly 12x18, 3 to 5 feet deep. The deck area features plenty of seating for lounging and dining. The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. The pool water can take 24-48 hours to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
