This home has all you could ask for with panoramic, long distance Hill Country vistas and splendid views of the river and dam. 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home (main house and bunk room apartment with separate entrance) on nearly an acre of Guadalupe River-front property. This fabulous home is located below Canyon Dam in Bradcliff on the River, gated community where a slower and quieter pace can be found. The stunning rockwork on this property adds elegance and grace as stone covered verandas terrace down 3 levels. Enjoy a dip in the chic cocktail pool or walk down the stone/metal steps to your personal 150’ river frontage. 157 steps down to the river, decks, and lots of nature. This walk is not for the faint of heart! There is a propane grill. Enjoy a relaxing evening around the firepit as well! Canyon Lake Dam just a few minutes away! Several tube rental companies within 2-3 miles. Tube the famous Horseshoe on the Guadalupe River. Less than 3 miles to Whitewater Amphitheater. Whitewater is an outdoor Amphitheater, 4th best in the World, along the scenic Guadalupe River.
This house has everything you need for the perfect escape! From the minute you step through the entryway, you will be wowed! The Main House has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. You will immediately fall in love with the abundance of windows pouring in the beautiful outdoor surrounding and views. Full kitchen with all the comforts of home. Large pantry with Washer and Dryer. 12 ft dining table with 14 chairs to gather for meals and game time. 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. Open living room with 2 sofas (one is a sofa sleeper for 2 guests). Free Wi-Fi and cable Roku TV. There is a half bath right off the living room. The master bedroom has a king bed, Cable Roku TV and en suite full bath with a grand walk-in shower with soaking tub. The master bedroom has doors opening out to the porch with spectacular views! Off the master is a den with a twin trundle bed. Great for the kiddos to be close to Mom and Dad with access from the master bedroom and foyer. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. The first has a king bed and a twin over twin bunkbed. Open the door from this room to a small private porch with views that will not disappoint! Down the hall the other bedroom has a queen bed and small private porch river facing. Full bath upstairs with a tub shower combo.
On the lower level is a separate apartment/bunk room. Large room with 2 king beds and 7 twins (bunk beds). Bean bag chairs, table with 4 bar stools and Cable Roku TV. In the next room there are 2 small bistro tables, 8 barstools, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and mini fridge. Full bathroom with walk in shower.
Parking for 8 vehicles. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 23 guests.
