A great holiday you don’t need a car. Set in a quiet residential area, this Sliema penthouse makes ideal for a great relaxing holiday. It is walking distance to any amenity and in the same street there is a bakery which is still the Maltese Traditional way. In this location one feel and enjoy the real Maltese traditional living that the residents endure each day. As for the penthouse, it is situated on the 3rd floor of a residential block. It is just 10 minutes walk from Balluta Bay, St Julains (600m), basically the promenade joining Sliema and St Julains. There one can find any kind of shops like coffee shops and restaurants ice cream parlours even ideal for swimming. It’s location makes it a great base for a holiday in Malta, it is also very close to the main bus routes, like 3 minutes walk, making it easy to explore the rest of the island. The layout consists of a spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining area which is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking and fully air-conditioned. It has a comfortable 4-seater table and a 4-seater sofa served with a 37’’ flat screen TV. Also cable tv and Wi-Fi are provided on complementary basis. Furthermore, the penthouse has a roomy double bedroom which is fully air conditioned and with a full bathroom with shower closure. Linen for the bed and a couple of towels are provided with each stay. Outdoor entertainment is available in the sunny, spacious terrace with a rattan 4-seater table and a gas BBQ for easy cooking. It also makes it ideal during the day to lay back and sunbath during the summer periods. Access to all the area of the property. The whole property will be rented, the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. We will meet you on your arrival and we’ll be happy to give you tips for making your holiday an unforgettable experience. We can also organise airport transfers. Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer. Please not that for the weekly price the property includes basic utilities as per below: - 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment - 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment - 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment - 300KWh- for villas We give the above kWh free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient . However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price will NOT be inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes. On check in a payment of 70euro for utility start up will be requested. If not used the difference will be refunded if used more though, the difference will have to be paid for. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one’s discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
