In the small place of Zagrad, not far from city of Benkovac is hidden this little gem where an unforgettable vacation is guaranteed. This modern villa will delight you both with its design and level of luxury. Not only that its extraordinary decoration that is a blend of luxury and rustic style will win you over, but also the fact that each piece of furniture was made by the owner.
This villa offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, toilet and can accommodate up to 6 people. One of the rooms has its own bathroom and the toilet is located outside by the pool. There is also a kitchen and an open-plan living area. The property is surrounded by a wall and provides complete privacy.
The outdoor area also provides several points for relaxation and enjoyment. The pool is located on the mezzanine floor and above is a sun deck that offers a beautiful view of the vast olive groves and the Benkovac landscape. The villa also has a small garden with olive trees and an outdoor stone barbecue. For leisure there are bicycles and a playground for children. There is a dining area on the entrance terrace and a summer kitchen / tavern with an indoor grill, a kitchen, a dining table and a seating area.
