Villa is newly built charming villa made of stone from the island of Brac and is built in typical Dalmatian style. This holiday home is a remarkable blend of tradition and modern comfort and has everything you need to rest and relax. In the basement of the Villa there is a wellness and indoor Jacuzzi for three people, infrared sauna with chromo-therapy effect and multi-functional equipment for training.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room, full of paintings by Croatian authors and Dalmatian themes, and there you will still find authentic Dalmatian souvenirs and shells while space certainly dominates the indoor fireplace and several species of Dalmatian stone enclosing the central wall. A wooden replica of an old Dalmatian gajetas stone pedestal is in front of the comfortable sofas and serves as a coffee table in the living room. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
