This is a detached 8-person villa with private pool located in the Domaine Les Rives de l’Ardèche holiday park near the charming village of Vallon-Pont-d’Arc.
Ground floor: The living room has a cosy fireplace and heating is possible via electric heaters. The living room has a 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, a coffee table, dresser, TV cabinet with large smart TV with several international channels and is attractively decorated. You have free access to the Wifi network in the house. All windows are foreseen with mosquito screens.
In the hall there is a separate toilet and a door to the sleeping area of the ground floor. Behind this door there is a second hall with access to two bedrooms and the bathroom. The two bedrooms downstairs have open garden doors, a wardrobe with hanging and leg section, a chair, bedside tables with bedside lamps, a mirror, single duvets, and pillows.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
