The accommodation is located inside Villa Bice, a historic building at the beginning of the Alassio hill, which in the past hosted schools. In a dominant position with respect to the city, the apartment enjoys a fantastic view of the sea and all of Alassio. The accommodation has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large mezzanine with a sitting area, a desk for smart-working and a sofa bed, and a wonderful living area, with lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Thanks to the large full-height windows, the accommodation is very bright and enjoys a fantastic view, both from the windows and from the splendid terrace where you can eat or have an aperitif looking at the sea of Alassio. Furnished with taste and quality furniture, it allows you to spend wonderful and relaxing holidays in the renowned Alassio. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
