Two floors of immaculate living space make it easy to unwind. Highlights include a gourmet kitchen and inviting social spaces with impressive appliances. The sprawling floor plan provides ample space for group fun and quiet privacy.
The main living area boasts a sectional and flatscreen TV. Prep drinks at the wet bar, appointed with a mini-fridge and an ice machine. The second living area has a sectional and a kids’ play kitchen, backed by ocean views. A flatscreen TV and reclining sectional await in the third living area. The wet bar features a bonus refrigerator, mini-fridge, and ice machine. The fourth living area has comfy seating and a wet bar with a toaster oven. Serve snacks at the table for four. The modern kitchen boasts high-end appliances like a six-burner gas range, two double ovens, and a wine fridge. Gather for meals at the dining table for 12, or perch at the bar for three.
Relax in front of a gorgeous bay view on the first deck. Kids will love climbing on the playscape and building castles in the sand. The heated swim spa/hot tub combination offers blissful relaxation.
