The unit is located on the 2nd floor offering 2 stories totaling 1000 sq ft. As you walk in, you will find an open floor plan with the updated kitchen, living area and dining table. Living area features breathtaking views of the Gulf and access to the covered balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and take in the beautiful landscaped grounds this sits on. You can walk down the spiral staircase right to the pool and then onto view the beautiful coastline and take a walk on the beach. The patio lets you take it all in from sunrise to enjoying the beautiful sunsets in the most sought after area in the world. You’ll think it’s just you here to soak it all in. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances to make any meal that suits you and your friends or family during your stay here. First level has the first bedroom with a King bed. Hallway bathroom can be accessed from the first bedroom or through the hallway. Full bathroom features double sinks and an invigorating shower. The spiral staircase leads you to the top floor where the Primary Suite awaits. The primary suite has a King bed, TV, closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The best amenity this property has is the rooftop private terrace overlooking the beach. It is spacious and private to let you enjoy the most magnificent sunsets from here. This spacious condo is beautifully decorated and very well maintained, as is the complex with its attractive exterior and lush landscaping. We provide WiFi, washer and dryer, uncovered parking and a shared pool. Location is very convenient, you are between Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks Beach. You can take a short drive either direction to take in all the sights, shops, restaurants and excursions these area have to offer. This is a small, quiet residential community that takes you away from the busy action. Important details: This unit is not conducive to small children due to the spiral staircase. One assigned parking space available. No pets allowed in this property, no exceptions! The pool is not heated during winter months This is a small, quiet residential community so no loud parties are allowed. Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Property Manager is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY). AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
