This bright family and dog-friendly, five-bedroom home features plenty of diversions, including a large park across the street, a ping-pong table, and a huge, fenced yard for the kids and the family dog to play. There are two dog beds and two dog crates provided for Fido’s enjoyment as well. Start your day on the wraparound deck with a cup of coffee and a gorgeous view of Holmes Harbor. The chef will love whipping up some waffles for breakfast in the open, updated kitchen, with lovely slate-blue cabinets, all the appliances, shiplap walls, and a huge butcher-block island. When it’s time to eat, pull up one of the barstools, choose the breakfast nook, or make it a more formal affair in the large dining room, which seats ten. After breakfast, you can head out and explore local shops in Freeland or visit Langley, about five miles southeast. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
