New owners are working to update the home even further, recently added a brand new fully finished lower level, to bring this beauty to the next level. Crown Jewel boasts 9 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, all on an extra-large lot, with high end furnishings throughout. You simply will not find anything bigger or better. And the house comes with plenty of extras, including a large outdoor deck with cocktail lights, a tower bedroom high above Lake Kai with tremendous views, a custom golf cart with roof rack, a beautiful stone fire pit, a kid’s bedroom with custom built-in stadium stacked triple bunks for movie night, and what many consider to be the nicest coach house in all of Beachwalk. Crown Jewel is the pinnacle of the Beachwalk experience and is not to be missed. Enter the house up a beautifully manicured stone staircase with a breezy screened-in porch perfect for bug free card games in the evening or coffee in the morning. A large open family space greets you with a living room and TV next to a massive custom dining room table along with two other smaller tables to provide dining seating for 24. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need, and it sits right next to a walk-in pantry complete with a second refrigerator. Past the pantry you’ll find a beautiful main floor master suite (bedroom 1), perfect for those family members who may not be able to go up and down the stairs quite so easily. Across the hall from the bedroom is a main floor washer and dryer enclosure with another half bath around the corner. The nine-foot-high ceiling lower level offers two bedrooms, the larger of which features a built-in triple bunkbed, full over twin over twin with a built-in staircase leading to the top and middle bunk (bedroom 2) next to a built-in twin xl over twin xl. The built-ins face a 50-inch TV for stadium seating for kid movie nights. Your kids (and the adults) will not believe how cool this set-up is. The bedroom across the hall has an additional queen, for a more quiet retreat for mom and dad (bedroom 3). The lower level also includes a brand-new full bathroom with walk-in shower and a large living room with a massive 65-inch flat screen TV and assorted parlor games. Up the stair from the main level is one of the most perfectly appointed second floors in all of Beachwalk. Four lovely bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a desk space for the unfortunate family member who has to do a few hours of work while on vacation. Bedroom 4 has three twin beds, and it shares a bathroom with bedroom 5, which has a queen. Bedrooms 6 and 7 are each master suites in their own right, complete with queen beds and en-suite full bathrooms. The third floor (bedroom 8) is yet another absolute delight, built in a tower looming over Lake Kai. The room has two sets of bunk beds looking out the window at incredible views. Your family is sure to remember this truly magical space. Out the back door of the main level is a large deck with multiple tables to fit your family along with two grills. Stairs lead off the deck to a beautiful stone outdoor fire pit for marshmallow roasts and storytelling. And on the opposite side of the deck sits Sapphire, Crown Jewel’s stunning coach house. Sapphire has its own full kitchen, living room with a pull-out couch, and an upstairs with an elegant master suite with a queen bed and beautiful full bathroom. Your family will be fighting over who gets to stay in this beautifully appointed and fully stocked coach house. Hop in the included custom golf cart and explore this magical community.
