The property is located on a quiet residential street accentuated by the picturesque traditional Maltese town houses with their cute traditional Maltese balconies that overlook over the calm street. The property is located in the heart of Gzira which is just a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and Sliema promenade On the other hand, St Julians and Paceville are about 10 minutes away by bus, Sliema is just round the corner, while the historical/cultural capital city Valletta is just 15 minutes away by bus. Sliema-Valletta ferry is also close by, 10 minutes walk from the property while the bus stop just across the road.
This 3 bedroom apartment is located in a brand new building block which, yet retaining some of the Maltese traditional style within its facade as reflected by the neighbouring houses nearby. This property is fully furnished with modern decore which includes amenities such as automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board, TV, fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker, electric oven, AC in all bedrooms and living room and wifi throughout the whole apartment. This 95sqm property is full of natural sunlight and has a modern layout consisting of a kitchen living dining which overflow to a bright and airy french door window overlooking the street served with lift. Furthermore the property comes complete with 3 bedrooms, two with 2 single beds and another bedroom with a double bed and spare wc as an en-suite. The property comes complete with one full family bathroom with shower cubicle.
The neighborhood is very central, the apartment is close to all amenities. The apartment is a few minutes walk away from the seafront promenade having a fantastic central location for shopping, is at walking distance from lovely rocky beaches and lido’s along the seafront. The nightlife is predominant in Paceville and all along the seafront promenade which boasts plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a large variety of restaurants catering for every taste. A Bus Stop is close by, only a few meters away from the apartment. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity. For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the neighboring ones.
Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer. Please not that for the weekly price the property includes basic utilities as per below:

- 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment
- 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment
- 300KWh- for villas
We give the above kWh free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient . However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price will NOT be inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes. On check in a payment of 70euro for utility start up will be requested. If not used the difference will be refunded if used more though, the difference will have to be paid for. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one’s discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
