Flagg Mountain #9 is a two-bedroom townhouse that sleeps up to 6. The entrance from the one car carport leads up to the 2nd floor where you will find a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen along with a washer/dryer.
In the open living and dining area is a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided) and a flat-screen satellite Tv with a DvD player and wireless internet for your entertainment. On this level, there is also a queen sleeper sofa, a ½ bath, and a balcony with a gas grill and beautiful views of the mountains!
The two bedrooms are located on the 3rd level. The master bedroom has a king bed, a private bath (tub/shower), and a private balcony. There is a full bath (tub/shower) in the hallway between the two bedrooms. Bedroom #2 also has a king-size bed. The total square footage is 982.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
