Villa Riva is spacious enough for several families or big companies of people who want to spend holidays on Lake Como. Jasmine flowers and roses cover the walls of the palazzo outside. Add to this wide windows, filling the villa with a lot of light and pleasant gelsomino fragrance, and you’ll get a perfect holiday house on Lake Como.
The Villa has 6 bedrooms, each with its bathroom. While inside there are large spaces for common use - a huge living room with a fireplace, a dining room with direct exit to the terrace and a big kitchen. The private park that surrounds the villa invites you to sunbathe, play badminton or arrange picnics.
Separated from the villa, but still within its wonderful garden, there is a small and welcoming chalet completely renovated, equipped with a bathroom with shower and a double bed.
The main news for the 2022 season is the swimming pool under construction which will be ready in May.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed.
