This penthouse is literally surrounded by an abundance of shops, shopping centres, restaurants and bars. Sliema is Malta’s social and economic hub, buzzing with life and activity.
This one of a kind accommodation is located on the 6th and 7th floor measuring approximately 180sqm, served with lift for added comfort (Please note that for the time being there is a flight of steps from the lift to reach the floor of the penthouse) positioned precisely facing the majestic cityscape of Valletta, whose beauty is amplified by the surrounding Harbour.
The penthouse is set on two floors, and consists of three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom comes complete with balcony and unobstructed sea-views of our. The sparkling blue sea is a perfect setting to wake up to. Also comes complete with a full en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle. The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds. Furthermore, on the same floor, there is a full family bathroom with shower cubicle.
On top floor, accessible by the adjoining spiral staircase, one can find a very large spacious kitchen/dining/living area. This floor plan is ideal, as it keeps the bedrooms cooler, while also providing a breath-taking view from the top floor. The property is roomy enough to accommodate 6 people comfortably. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessities needed for easily cooking and prepping meals. This floor is splashed with sunlight as the large glass doors blur the lines between the indoors and the outdoors. The dining area is decked in neutral hues which further reflect the natural brightness provided by the ample sunlight. The living area is found just off of the dining area, facing the beautiful vista of Marsamxett Harbour.
The most iconic part of the penthouse is the unique terrace with its impressive uninterrupted sea-views and the stately view of our Capital Valletta. The terrace comes complete with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ ideal for romantic, open air dinners which are almost a necessity during the sweltering Maltese summers. For those renting a car, this penthouse has an additional feature in the form of a private parking space in the garage just below the same building. This optional parking space can be rented for 10 euro per night, and provides a secure and easy parking access for anyone hiring a vehicle.
Access to all the area of the property. The whole property will be rented, the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. We will meet you on your arrival and we’ll be happy to give you tips for making your holiday an unforgettable experience. We can also organise airport transfers.
Sliema is a major tourism spot on the northeastern coast of the beautiful island of Malta. Visitors here will find an abundance of relaxing holiday activities available, as well as restaurants, shopping and nightlife. In recent years the town has experienced significant growth, with modern villas and apartments. Visitors can therefore enjoy fine shopping and dining as part of their stay here. There is also plentiful opportunity for relaxing beach activities such as an idyllic cruse, or water sports such as snorkeling and diving. It is quite impossible to list down all the details about every tourist spot and every activity to do in Malta.
Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer. Please not that for the weekly price the property includes basic utilities as per below:
- 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment
- 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment
- 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment
- 300KWh- for villas
We give the above kWh free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient . However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price will NOT be inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes. On check in a payment of 70euro for utility start up will be requested. If not used the difference will be refunded if used more though, the difference will have to be paid for. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one’s discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
