This location offers a bit of everything, and is ideal for anyone who wishes to be at the centre of all activity, while also being a stone’s throw away from other attractions. The apartment is set in a building block served with lift. Please note that to access the lift there is a flight of steps at the main entrance. The accommodation is set on around 150m², very bright, airy and spacious. The apartment is located on Spinola road which is just on the water’s edge from the iconic Spinola Bay, which is the seafront. Upon entering, one can find the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area. The décor is minimalistic and modern, giving the whole area a fresh and upscale feel. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooking, and comes decked with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, dishwasher and utensils. The living and dining area are homogenous, and flooded with natural light. The apartment consists of 3 over sized bedrooms, all of which are decorated in a contemporary style, complimenting the rest of the apartment. There is one quadruple -bedroom off of the entrance, providing a private enclave for anyone who would like to be set apart from the rest. The other bedrooms are located at the back part of the apartment. There are one triple room and one quadruple room. All bedrooms can be set up as double beds if needs be. The apartment comes endowed with 2 full family bathrooms, one with shower cubicle and one with bath tub. There is also a washing machine available for use in the bathroom. The apartment comes fully equipped with wall hung a/cs in all bedrooms. Wifi and Tv service are offered for free at the apartment. Saint Julian’s is a popular vacation spot on the coast of Malta. The small town successfully blends its fishing village charm with its tourist center. Latin architecture, such as Spinola Palace, built in 1688, and the Old Parish Church are popular historical sites. Divers will enjoy exploring shipwrecks via the Divewise Center. The renovated Paceville district, a former military haunt in the 1930s, is now the hub of Saint Julian’s nightlife with an array of restaurants, bars, and clubs. The bus stop is just next to the property. No car is required in the end as the property is located at walking distance from any amenity. Parking is available on the street and the neighbouring ones, free of charge for all public on first come first service basis. Reservation is not possible. Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer. Please not that for the weekly price the property includes basic utilities as per below: - 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment - 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment - 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment - 300KWh- for villas We give the above kWh free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient . However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price will NOT be inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes. On check in a payment of 70euro for utility start up will be requested. If not used the difference will be refunded if used more though, the difference will have to be paid for. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one’s discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
