Follow the Sun VW22 has a beautifully designed open floor plan. Right away you will feel relaxed in the updated bedrooms. Gorgeous pine planked ceilings, and beautiful new floors. The spacious living area and kitchen is perfect for entertaining your family and friends.
All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. You will also have access to the deck from this room. The second bedroom has a twin over queen bed. The third bedroom also has a twin over queen bed. Additionally the living room has 1 twin sleeper that will fit a young child. Sleeps 8. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
