The apartment, completely renovated and newly refurbished, is located on the first floor with a large terrace and rear garden.
It’s composed of a large living room with two sofas, satellite TV, dining table, independent and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, american coffee machine and refrigerator. From the living room windows you can access the splendid terrace overlooking the lake, equipped with sofas and a large table with chairs. The apartment continues with the bedroom equipped with double bed, wardrobes, air conditioning and overlooking the terrace. The second bedroom consists of 2 spacious single beds which can also be joined to form a double bed, wardrobes and a bunk bed for an additional 2 people. The apartment is completed with a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
