This beautifully decorated lake house is located on the Chain of Lakes at Lake Idylwild and is the very definition of lake living. Lake Idylwild connects with 18 of the Chain of Lakes with its own private dock. This stunning lake house offers spacious outdoor areas with beautiful views. If you’d like to bring your own boat or jet skis, there is a public ramp less than 1 mile from the home at the Lake Cannon Public Park. We have two kayaks for your enjoyment - one special fishing kayak and one regular kayak. For those with boats, there are several restaurants & bars accessible on the lake, great fishing and you can boat to Legoland for the Cypress Gardens ski show. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
