This inviting 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment comfortably accommodates two guests and offers a relaxed home base in one of the city’s most iconic locations! Accessed through a private entrance and up two flights of stairs (no elevator), the apartment features high ceilings and large windows overlooking King Street, filling the space with natural light and city charm. The open layout makes it easy to unwind and enjoy your time together. The living room is warm and welcoming, complete with a brick fireplace, a plush sofa, cozy seating, and a flat-screen Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen includes basic cookware and a coffee maker stocked with locally roasted coffee, plus a small dining table for casual meals. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, and the full bathroom includes a modern walk-in shower. A shared full-size washer and dryer are available on the first floor for added convenience. Please note: this home is located across from a late-night college bar, so some music and noise may be heard in the evenings, ideal for guests who want to be close to Charleston’s nightlife! Paid parking is available in the garage next door, making arrivals and departures easy. With exclusive access to the third-floor unit and an unbeatable King Street location, The Manhattan is a great choice for guests looking to stay where the action is! *Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking. *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
