Blue Note

Live like a local for a little while in our two-story home, ‘Blue Note’. This stay is perfect for groups of up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths + a large king-size pull-out couch in the living area. The first thing you’ll notice as you step into the front door of “Blue Note” is the bright open floor plan throughout the home. The open-concept living/dining/kitchen area features plenty of seating for the whole crew, a cute little dining nook with seating for eight, and a large HDTV where you can wind down the night with a good movie/show. Over in the kitchen, you will find that all of your cooking/kitchenware necessities have been fully stocked so that you can prepare the perfect meal (if you wish). There is one bedroom and one full bath located on the first floor down the hallway. In the bedroom, you will find a spacious queen-size bed - perfect to use for visitors unable to travel up large flights of stairs. In addition, the full bathroom can be accessed off the hall and features a walk-in shower to enhance your stay - this space may be shared by the downstairs bedroom and guests staying on the pull-out couch. The second floor of the home found right up the stairwell, is home to the other two bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. The first bedroom, the master, has been adorned with a king-size bed and its own private ensuite. The second room boasts a comfortable queen-size bed with its own bathroom located in the hall beside the master. In addition to the bedrooms, the upstairs also features its own little sitting area and full kitchen, as “Blue Note” may be split into two units for our smaller groups. Guests will have access to the entire home, which is two separate units, along with two free parking spaces. *Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking. *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party* *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County *No parties *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside) *No firearms *Abide to quiet hours (10 pm - 8am)  *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations) *Citywide Construction - Please note that our city is continually growing and evolving, which means construction in various areas is ongoing. While we do our best to ensure a peaceful experience, occasional noise and traffic adjustments may be unavoidable.
