Boasting 3,397 square feet of waterfront bliss, this estate is truly remarkable. Custom-designed from top to bottom, this Reserve at St. Charles Bay home is an entertainer’s paradise - the outdoor space boasts panoramic views of the bay from the unheated pool, hot tub and gas grill. Sip coffee on the waterfront patio or dine alfresco while admiring the vibrant sunset. A convenient gate leads to a bayfront walking trail.
Vaulted ceilings soar in the Great Room, detailed with a gas fireplace and a smart TV. A wall of retractable doors opens to stunning water views and the pool patio, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor living environment. Upstairs, an additional living room has a sectional and a smart TV. The immaculate chef’s kitchen boasts two spacious islands, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cookware. Perch at the kitchen island, then gather for mealtime around the dining table.
The luxurious primary suite has a king bed, TV, patio access, and an en suite bath with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed, TV, balcony access, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and balcony access. The fifth bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed, while the sixth bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. (The bunk beds are suitable for children under 60 pounds.) An adjacent bath holds a tub/shower combination. A half bath adds convenience.
An inlet of Aransas Bay, St. Charles Bay is a vital haven for the majestic whooping crane. Your vacation rental is located 3 minutes from Goose Island State Park. Boat over to the fishing pier boat slips at The Reserve. (These complimentary boat slips are available first-come, first-serve). The centuries-old Big Tree is 5 minutes north. Rockport Beach is Texas’ first blue wave beach, located just 20 minutes away.
Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier).
THINGS TO KNOW
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
