As you enter through the giant double doors, you’ll encounter a social bar room on your left, which can also serve as your private office. Immediately on the right, you’re greeted by a formal sitting area that can easily double as an extra bedroom with a sofa bed and a sliding curtain for privacy. Sit back in one of the electric recliners and take in a movie or the big game on the enormous curved-screen TV in the open living area or any of the smart TVs. Modern furnishings and high-end decor grace the entire home, which features a sparkling kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a smart refrigerator, and built-in bar-style seating. Sight-seeing in Cape Coral and in great proximity to great locations Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve, Rotary Park Environmental Center, Sun Splash Waterpark, Cape Corals Farmers Market, Glover Bight Trail and Boardwalk, Edison and Ford Winter Estates, Matlacha and Pine Island, Cape Coral Historical Museum, tons of locations for kayaking and boating. Open up the massive sliding doors and walk out to the vast private lanai covering the entire back of the home. Alfresco living and dining are warmly welcomed with a complete custom-built outdoor wet-bar kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, gas burner stove, a gas grill, and multiple outdoor dining, seating, and entertaining areas. Spend your sunny Florida days lounging by the private pool and soaking in the spa, or adjust the louvers on the cabana to nap in the shade in the cozy daybed. In the afternoon, take one of the three bikes out for a ride or try table tennis, darts, foosball, or a game of Pac-Man in the three-car garage converted into a giant game room. In the evening, adjust the multi-colored LED lights in the lanai and gather the family around the gas-burning fire table as you watch an outdoor movie. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ own accounts on any of the seven smart TVs. The air-conditioning thermostat can be set between 73 and 78 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool may take some time to heat up during colder weather. 3 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
