The location is perfect, tranquil and best of all, only a short drive from countless adventures! This beautifully decorated condo is the perfect combination of cozy and luxurious. Inside, the condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can sleep up to 10 people. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size mattress along with a huge walk in closet. The master bath has a hallmark jacuzzi tub that is perfect to relax in after a long day. Additionally, the master has a large walk in shower and double vanity to ensure enough space for everyone. The other two rooms off the living room share an additional large bathroom with plenty of counter space and a shower. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- A signed lease agreement and a refundable security deposit is required.
