The living room has 2 chaise lounge sofas each with a queen pull out bed, a large 75” flat screen smart TV and patio access. Sliding glass doors lead to the 2nd level screened-in balcony which offers plenty of seating with views of the Gulf. Enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises, or enjoy an evening cocktail after a fun day at the beach. In the kitchen you will find everything you will need to prepare your meals. It features brand-new stainless-steel appliances including a refrigerator with in-door filtered water & ice dispenser, microwave oven, glass-top oven, & dishwasher. Completing the kitchen are small appliances, utensils, & cookware. The dining area includes a large table & ample seating for 8 & the large island has seating for 4. At the end of your golf or beach day relax in one of the 3 chic bedrooms. Each bedroom features a 50” smart TV, premium mattress sets & comfortable bedding.
