Inside the home, you’ll find beautifully updated decor with hardwood floors that feature throughout. Indulge your inner chef in the spacious kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The kitchen bar offers seating for three, while the adjacent dining table seats everyone. After dinner, cozy up in the living room and watch a movie with your crew.
Pool Heating Information: The pool can be heated upon request for the duration of your stay. Please provide at least 48 hours’ advance notice if you would like to add this option. The cost for heating the pool is $150 per day.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Pool Heat: The heater does not constantly run. It brings the temp to 89 to 90 degrees and then shuts off, turns back on when needed.
