I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It’s up to you. If needed, I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.
Our wonderful seashore neighborhood runs from Jackson to Victoria Avenues, from the beach to bay. Our beautiful, groomed beaches are only three blocks from the bay, with world-class boating, fishing, and watersports.
North Beach is home to a diverse community of year-round and summer residents. We are close to Atlantic City’s exciting entertainment, casinos, nightlife, shopping, and transportation. Our community contains many wonderful restaurants, retail establishments, professionals, and service companies.
Our neighborhood is historic, with many beautiful, 100-year old homes as well as newer, contemporary single and multifamily homes, townhouses, and condos, including the new "Waves" oceanfront townhouses. We are also home to three elegant oceanfront high-rise buildings, three bed and breakfast establishments, and a variety of retail and professional businesses, including our "restaurant row" on Atlantic Avenue.
Walking and biking can get you most places, a quick drive, or ride the Jitney, Lyft/Uber, or NJ Transit bus to AC.
For travel to or from Ventnor, you can take the train from Philly and Uber/Lyft to our wonderful home:)
￫ You will need to climb 1 flight of stairs to get to the entry of Unit A, and 2 flights of stairs to get to Unit B.

￫ There is an outside shower at the back of the house. Please rinse off any sand before entering the property.
￫There is a very relaxing swinging lounge chair on the outside patio (Caution: For your safety, no one over 200 lbs should use it).
PARKING
Please be VERY CAREFUL entering and exiting the driveway as there are a tree and cars on the end of it. We are not liable for any damages that you incur to your car when parking. You can park about 3 cars in the driveway. Street parking is also available. Please make sure to read street signs.
TRASH
Trash day is Monday. Trash can be pulled to the curb on Sunday night.
There are 2 large garbage & recycling receptacles at the back of the house. If you are staying overnight on Sunday, we would really appreciate it if you could help us with this by pulling the trash to the curb Sunday night.
