This newly renovated apartment is located just a breath away from the sea. Decorated with high res prints of Vincent Van Gogh, this lovely house is fully equipped and will provide you the best stay for your vacations.
The building was constructed in the late 70’s and the apartment, which lies in the forth floor (accessed by elavator), renovated in 2018.
There is a spacious living room with a really comfortable sofa, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
Each of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and a big closet. Bed linen, towels, the bath amenities and all electric devices are provided. There is boiler which provides 24 hours of water. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:

- 0.5% of the rental plus extras (vat included).
- Climate Crisis Fee (apt):
- From 01/01 to 02/28: 0.5 EUR per night (departure day not included) (vat included).
