The apartment, provided with air conditioning throughout, welcomes guests with the bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two, flat-screen TV, table with chairs and a fully fitted kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, orange juicer, dish washer, electric kettle, microwave, american coffe machine and toaster; the living room overlooks a beautiful private terrace equipped with a big table and chairs The apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, continues with the master bedroom equipped with a comfy double bed and wardrobe. It’s completed by the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine. The shared pool of the residence is available from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. Swim cap is required. Guests can easily park their car in the private parking space within the property. Pets are not allowed. *Children over the age of 6 are welcome at the property. *The studio Castelletto 1 is adjacent to the Castelletto 2 apartment: the two properties are divided by a door that will always be closed making the apartments completely independent. Even nature lovers will be able to appreciate Polpenazze thanks to the trekking, biking or quiet walk routes along the lakefront. The apartment is located about 20 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 30 minutes from the airport.
