Charming and spacious apartment that accommodates 3 people with great comfort and is equipped with every comfort, including a large furnished terrace and an assigned covered parking space. The flat is located in an exclusive position: being in a secondary street that crosses C.so San Maurizio, it offers the possibility of staying in an oasis of tranquility, but at the same time being only 250 meters from the central Piazza Vittorio Veneto, from which you can comfortably explore the city on foot.
The 85 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building with elevator and is composed as follows:
- Large 50sqm living area equipped with a foldaway single bed, TV and dining area of 20sqm. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, traditional oven combined with microwave
- Bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan with blades
- Toilet with wc, bidet and masonry shower
- 20sqm terrace with retractable coverage and equipped with a little table, sofa and two armchairs
Available an assigned parking space in the courtyard, covered by a roof.
Further facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with boiler, washing machine, dryer, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.
Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide you with further instructions as you approach your arrival.
The Vanchiglia district is a very lively and quiet neighborhood at the same time. It houses many craft shops and studios of artists and photographers, many shops dedicated to vintage for both clothing and furnishings, numerous specialized restaurants, from just baking to vegan menus, Japanese cuisine, typical trattoria and pizzeria. Vanchiglia is a lively and young neighborhood, which has blossomed in recent years. Shops, clubs and restaurants follow one another along its narrow streets. In the evening, you don’t need to take long walks to find some entertainment. Furthermore, on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, a food market is also held in Piazza Santa Giulia.
The apartment is located just 10 minutes walk from the Mole Antonelliana, in a central and strategic position for exploring the city center and its monuments. Near the flat you will also find all the essential services: from bus stops to supermarkets, from shops to ATMs, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pastry shops: everything you need for a comfortable stay!
How to reach the apartment:
- From Porta Nuova Station: in 17 minutes by bus line 61 (final stop VITTORIO VENETO, 400m from the flat).
- From Porta Susa Station: in 19 minutes by bus line 56 (final stop VITTORIO VENETO, 400m from the apartment).
- From Caselle Airport: you can take the shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes from the airport and reaches Porta Nuova Station or take a taxi
The flat is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. It has an assigned parking space in the courtyard, covered by a roof.
Street parking is paid on blue lines. Alternatively, you can park your car at the Vittorio Park car park, located in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, 350 meters from the apartment.
