I love this home! It is open, airy, and gives you such a tropical feel. Lounge in one of the four outdoor living spaces or enjoy the sunset on the roof top terrace. The first floor of this home has a large living room / kitchen area with a 60 inch flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook a fabulous dinner. There is also a large bedroom on this floor with a Queen size bed and a full bath located right outside the room. There is a door off this bedroom to the front patio area. Up the stairs you will find two additional bedrooms, each with their own private bath. The first room has a King bed and the second two full beds. There are also exteriors doors in both of these rooms that lead to the second floor deck. The owners have recently made a nice game room in the garage. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
