Bright and quiet apartment in the heart of Trastevere, just around the corner from the lively restaurants and cafès of this picturesque Roman neighborhood and from the panoramic view of the Gianicolo terrace. The home is set on the ground floor and features two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and access to a private courtyard, and one single room (with an additional bed available) with a gorgeous view over the vineyard of the botanic garden of Rome.
There are also a second bathroom and a living area with sofa bed and kitchenette, complete with cooking utensils, stove, fridge, kettle and toaster.
The apartment comes with air conditioning/heating, wi-fi, smart tv, iron, hairdryer and courtesy toiletries. Guest have access to a laundry area with washing machines and dryers.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
