The Home
This is a 100 sq.m. fully equipped ground-floor modern apartment located in the rural area of Nea Magnesia, 500m from the beach. near taverns and supermarkets and 10 km from Rethymno town.
The apartment has large living areas, a living room with sofa, satellite TV, and is connected to the modern open-plan fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All beds have coco mat mattresses. There are two bathrooms.
On the exterior there is a 25 sq.m. shared swimming pool with outdoor furniture, a small children’s play area, and a BBQ.
The area has nice traditional taverns, a supermarket while in just a few minutes’ drive you can reach the vivid Rethymno town with its unlimited tourist attractions and amenities.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
