Villa is a fully restored beautiful stone building, that is dated back to 1880. It is located in the center of Maroulas village, just 8km from the center of Rethymno.
The Villa is 150m2 and can host 6 persons. There are 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is the living room area with a comfortable sofa a large dining table, and a satellite TV. There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and next to it there is a bathroom with a washing machine. On the same floor, there is the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite fully equipped bathroom.
A wooden staircase leads to the second floor where there are two family bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and one with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms on the second floor have private balconies with fantastic views. All bedrooms are individually air-conditioned. All areas have Wifi fast internet access. In front of the villa, there is an infinity 16m2 private pool with incredible views of the whole area and the sea.
Maroulas is a rich historic heritage buildings quiet village situated on the heights above Rethymno, Crete, facing the sea at an altitude of 150 meters and surrounded by greenery, a spring, and several valleys. Maroulas has many tavernas that you can visit, one mini-market and some cafes.
