We offer you this modern & functional apartment, fully furnished and equipped in Atocha neighborhood. This spacious apartment has a 70 sqm surface with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The building has intercom and elevator. The flat is ideal for 4 people, nevertheless, this apartment can host up to 6 guests, including its sofa-bed. Main bedroom has a double bed & an two independent complete bathrooms and second bedroom has two individual beds set together. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for your first stay over night. The house has an open kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, capsule coffee machine, toaster, hair dryer, bed linen, two towers per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine and a dryer. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a large sofa-bed with five seats, baby cot and flat screen TV. There is a central heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a ducted AC equipment. High speed Wi-Fi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, Wi-Fi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 200€/month. We will take care of the management and assist you during your stay in this apartment. The two main spots of this area are Puerta de Atocha train station, from which high-speed trains depart, and the South bus station. Within and in the surroundings of both stations, there is a wide variety of shopping areas, bars and restaurants.
