Windsor Hills Resort is a gated resort community that is one of the properties closest to the Disney main entrance. The Disney parks are only a 7–12-minute drive away from the gate! Windsor Hills features a double Olympic-sized heated pool with a two-story spiral water slide, children’s water slides, a water play area with dancing waters fountains, and a secluded hot tub area. There is a sports complex with tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, a putting green, and outdoor grills. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
