As soon as you step foot inside, you will slip right into the coastal mindset with uninterrupted gulf views from the balcony, beachy decor throughout, and all of the modern comforts of home. The Lighthouse is one of the nicest condominiums in the Gulf Shores area featuring two outdoor pools (one is zero entry), a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a dry sauna, and a fitness room with a Gulf view! There are also five large grills on the east end of the parking area for cooking up some juicy burgers in the salty air. When it is time to settle down, the master bedroom has a very comfortable king-size and the bathroom has a separate stand-alone shower and jacuzzi tub. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
