Villa at Canyon Lake is conveniently located less than 3 miles from the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe River and only 1500 feet from water’s edge on Canyon Lake. If you’re looking for a tubing outfitter, Shanty Tubes is only 4 miles away for floating the Guadalupe! There are 2 boat launches less than a mile from the home, one on Banister less than half a mile has a new swimming beach and there are boat/jet ski rentals within walking distance from the house called Watercraft Rentals Inc.
The deck outside is perfect for entertaining, with seating throughout and a hot tub to let off...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
