The rich tropical hues will let you know that you have indeed entered an Island Paradise! The large flat screen television in the living room is ready for the next big game or your favorite movie and the third guest bedroom has another television to keep the kiddos entertained in the evenings!
Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom as well. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a futon, the second bedroom has 2 full sized beds. The third bedroom is located in the carriage house that is connected to the main house by an interior staircase. This room has a King sized bed and a day bed and boasts its own mini fridge and microwave. Sleeps 10 and has parking for 3 cars. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
