Introducing Orange You Glad To Be Here OV29, a 4 bedroom with plenty of sleeping options. The party room has a twin over full bunk bed, another lofted Twin and a full size futon sleeping 6. The dual primary bedrooms both have a private bath and king sized bed; and the family bedroom has a queen size bed and two lofted twin beds, perfect for 4. There is plenty room in the open kitchen/dining/living area for tons of fun. There is also a full bath on the main floor. A house on stilts gives you the perfect place to park or get together, and this Orange comes complete with a PRIVATE POOL and a ping pong table. TVs in every room and a smart TV in the living room if you want to bring your Netflix log in. Ocean Village has the fastest Internet on the island, and is a great place to make new memories. All this and there is a large deck, BOAT PARKING and an amazing pond view. There is also plenty room for 4 cars plus a bay boat. No garage...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
