This is a beautiful seasonal rental apartment of 65 square meters in a residence built in 2016, building located in the city center, furnished and equipped with new, located on the 3rd floor with elevator. Located near the Promenade du Paillon, Place Masséna, and close to all amenities and 600 m from the beaches.
It includes: A living room with open fitted and equipped kitchen and a dining area, a dining room on the bow window side. Night side There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two single beds that can be joined to make a large bed. a bathroom and an independent toilet. All the rooms have direct access to the "bow window" type terrace.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
