Enter the front door and be immediately drawn to the light, bright and open common spaces before you, culminating with the far wall of sliding glass doors which open to the back deck and 180° ocean views! The open floor plan allows kitchen, living room, dining room and deck to flow together into a warm and welcoming space for the whole family to gather! Enjoy the spacious, fully equipped kitchen to cook delicious meals - from simple to gourmet - while family and friends gather at the large dining room table to share the day’s beach adventures! Or step out onto the back deck and take in the expansive views - from Tomales Bay to the south, Point Reyes and the glistening Pacific Ocean, all the way to Bodega Head to the north - while grilling up dinner on the Coyote gas grill with friends sitting at the outdoor picnic table nearby! Listen to the sounds of people laughing, dogs playing, and waves crashing on the beach below! Rounding out the main level is a bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed and closet, a beautifully tiled full bathroom, and entryway with coat closet and bench to sit upon while you kick off your sandy shoes! To the left of the entryway is a staircase leading down to the lower floor. A gate at the top of the stairs helps keep roaming toddlers safe while at play, or contains furry family members to a single level of the home! The lower floor features a TV lounge with large, comfy sectional sofa facing the fireplace, Smart TV and DVD player. For those colder, windy nights, turn on the fireplace and log into your favorite streaming services, or choose a DVD from the house collection! Harry Potter fans will love the Potter-themed bunk bed room and reading nook! The lower level is complete with a second bedroom with full sized bed, closet and dresser, another full bath, and laundry closet with stackable washer and dryer.
