The Home
This is a country house within a private farm. It is the only property existing on the site at the moment and has a beautiful naturalness and unique landscaping.
We have our private Tennis Court, for the exclusive use of our guests, in addition to an outdoor BBQ area, ideal for sharing at night without disturbing those who choose to rest indoors.
For children, we have a Tree House in which they can have fun safely, in addition to a Soccer Court.
The guests can use all the spaces of the house, both internal as the wet area (Turkish Bath, Sauna and Jacuzzi) and its terraces, as well as the external areas, the BBQ area, the soccer field, the treehouse, and our spetacular tennis court, with the best views of the resort.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight are required to be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the property
- Pets are subjects to approval
- SECURITY_DEPOSIT: 1000 USD
