Nestled off-the-grid on 32 sprawling acres, this one-of-a-kind vacation rental is a true oasis. Explore the wooded natural area, enjoy the firepits, or launch the canoe or kayak on the lake for an aquatic adventure. Franklin is minutes away, and Ellsworth is just a bit farther from home. For an incredible day trip, visit Acadia National Park or Bar Harbor.
Relax in The Cottage’s cozy living area and watch a new movie on the smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to create your favorite dishes. The wraparound deck offers impressive vistas of the surrounding woods and peekaboo lake views. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the terrace. Gather around the wood-burning firepit. This lakefront property includes the use of a kayak and canoe.
Detailed with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows, the welcoming living area in The Cabin offers a prime spot to enjoy movie nights. The immaculate kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island. The primary suite has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also an attached screened balcony and an amazing forest-view balcony.
The covered outdoor space has a gas grill and a bistro table. Enjoy evenings by the wood-burning firepit.

The loft in The Cottage is accessed via a steep ladder, does not have a railing, and has limited headroom. The loft in The Cabin also requires stairs to access.You cannot dock boats at the private dock.
The indoor wood-burning stove in The Cottage is inoperable.
While The Cabin has air-conditioning, The Cottage does not.
Due to the property’s steep access road, all-wheel drive is suggested year-round and may be required in winter months.
All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
