This charming two-story, 2 bedroom and 2-1/2 bath Villa offers close to 1,591 square feet of living space, two porches, a balcony, and a convenient one-car garage complete with a golf cart.
Downstairs you will find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, Regular coffee pot, Keurig, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. In addition to the main living areas downstairs, you will find a half bath as well as a large screened back porch with access from the kitchen. You may also access the garage from the kitchen where you will find plenty of storage area, beach gear (cooler, chairs, mats, etc.), a gas grill, as well as an outdoor cooker (with an assortment of pots) that can be used for all your exterior cooking needs. (Seafood, Crawfish, Fish, Turkey, etc.)
Upstairs, you will discover the master suite and additional guest room. The master suite has a generous master bath with a large garden tub, a large separate glass-enclosed shower, a double vanity and a separate commode room. Just off the master bedroom, you may enjoy the view and gulf breeze while lounging on the second-story balcony. The additional upstairs bedroom has plenty of closet space and a large full bath. Other features include 9- and 10-foot ceilings, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and lots of storage areas.
